Ready to Wear (RTW) – Products

Returns & Exchange Policy:

We offer 30-day exchange policy for all RTW products. We also offer 100% Refund; in case you are not satisfied with the product quality (No refund policy on “SALE” Items).
Please return goods with a copy of the invoice for returning items.As long as you have proof of purchase (receipt, confirmation email or order no. will all do), then we will replace the item or give you a full refund if the product is not up to scratch. *

*(We do keep an eye on our returns within the timeframe. If customers are found to be abusing the generosity of our 30-day exchange policy, we reserve the right to refuse further returns from them).
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.

If you have placed your order internationally, please contact us via our contact channels mentioned on our website for your specific returns.

Exchanges, and remakes are all subject to stock and fabric availability.

Acceptance & Inspection of Products:

We accept any unworn, unwashed shirts with original tags and original receipt within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange. However, items which has been altered or Custom-Made Orders (BESPOKE) will not be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/text or call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the amount will be transferred to your given bank account details, within a certain amount of days.

Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, are packed properly.

Refunds Timeframe& Shipping:

Refund requests will be processed as per follows:

If you are returning items locally, we can process your refund or exchange once your return is received and inspected. This process may & can take up to 2 to 3 working days from the day your return is received.
If you are returning items from outside of Pakistan, it can take up to 15 working days for your return to be received and then a further 48 to 72 hours for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Faulty Item:

We are truly sorry if this is the case, because this means our stringent Quality Checking processes have failed. We will need to investigate this immediately so please get in touch with us directly.

Provided the item is still within our return / exchange period, we will have a replacement checked and sent out to you as quickly as possible. Of course, if you prefer, we will issue a full refund. Additionally, you will receive our sincere apologies and our assurance that there will be a great deal of soul searching at our end as to how we could have got it wrong!
