How will I know that my order is received?

You will receive an email on placement of your order. Then you will receive a   CONFIRMATION CALL from our representative.Please be sure to check your order confirmation email to ensure the delivery information is all correct, to avoid any inconvenience when the delivery occurs.

Is Delivery Service Free?

Delivery is only FREE on orders above Rs. 1000 or more

What are your delivery timescales and charges?

Assuming that all items in your order are in stock and available, the normal delivery timeframes apply.

Local Delivery: International Deliveries:
2 working days in city.

2 to 3 working days out of city.

Standard Shipping Days 12 to 15 days.

Express Shipping Days 5 to 7 days

Please remember that if you have any alterations this will add up to a further 4 working days for Standard Delivery or 2 working days for Express.

Do you offer international shipping? Is it Free?

We are very excited to announce that we do offer International Delivery, however, all products listed on our site are exclusive of all shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges are applied according to weight and are to be settled by the client or receiver of the package. If you would like to know prices of products inclusive of shipping to your area, please contact us and we will have a representative respond to you with all the details of your order.

Can I amend my order once confirmed?

First of all, please don’t worry about this – it happens more often than you think! The key factor here is letting us know as quickly as possible, preferably by phone, to give us the best possible chance to catch your order before it leaves us. For bespoke order, if product has already gone in the stitching process then unfortunately it cannot be amended.

How do I return/exchange an item?

We offer 30-day exchange policy. We also offer 100% Refund; in case you are not satisfied with the product quality (*No refund policy on “SALE” Items).

As long as you have proof of purchase (receipt, confirmation email or order no. will all do), then we will replace the item or give you a full refund if the product is not up to scratch. *

*(We do keep an eye on returns within this timeframe. If customers are found to be abusing the generosity of our 30-day exchange policy, we reserve the right to refuse further returns from them).

If you have placed your order internationally please contact us via our contact channels mentioned in our website for your specific returns.

Which type of products cannot be returned or exchanged?

  4. Custom-Made Orders (BESPOKE)

What if the item is faulty?

We are truly sorry if this is the case, because this means our stringent Quality Checking processes have failed. We will need to investigate this immediately so please get in touch with us directly.

Provided the item is still within our return / exchange period, we will have a replacement checked and sent out to you as quickly as possible. Of course, if you prefer, we will issue a full refund. Additionally, you will receive our sincere apologies and our assurance that there will be a great deal of soul searching at our end as to how we could have got it wrong!

If you have had the product for more than our return / exchange period and feel that it has developed a fault that you would not normally expect, please get in touch with us before you send it back and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

How long does the return take?

If you are returning items locally, we can process your refund or exchange once your return is physically received and inspected for any damages. This process may &can take up to 2 to 3 working days from the day your return is physically received.

Please note, if you are returning items from outside of Pakistan, it can take up to 15 working days for your return to be received and then a further 48 hours for your refund or exchange to be processed.

We accept the majority of debit/credit cards for payments online.The card types we currently accept are Visa, UnionPay, and Mastercard. We unfortunately do not accept ___ cards.

Telephone Orders:
We also offer Cash on Delivery for Local orders as a payment method. And Jazz Cash service is also available on orders made online.

What is bespoke tailoring?

BESPOKE is an English term for CUSTOM-MADE, meaning stitched to one’s body size or measurements. At Bari & Sons, we take pride in stitching the Perfect Fitting Bespoke Suits, Shirts, Pants& Shalwar Kameez Suits for over 4 decades.

How can I order bespoke tailoring service at my doorstep?

Is there Visit charges?

  1. Yes. Visit service charges will be applied and paid at the time of first time visit on single order.If there is trial session for e.g. for bespoke suit, no second trial visit charges will be charged. In case, you request for multiple visits for your own satisfaction, not required as per our standard tailoring policy &procedure or if it is for other than suit trial etc. then extra charges for those visits will be applied and born by you.No visit charges if order is Rs. 5,000 or above (at the time of first time visit on single order).

If I am a returning / regular bespoke customer of Bari & Sonswould you have my previous measurements?

Absolutely. Once you have visited or ordered from us, we store your records on file making re-orders easy. If you want to order something new, all you have to do is select the fabrics and styles. If your measurements have varied, do tell us so we can make a note of it on our files to make it easy for you to order from anywhere in the world.

All you have to do is to share with us your previous order number or your contact details with which we will retrieve your saved measurements.

Is it possible for you to duplicate the fit and cut of my favorite shirt/suit/pant that is presently in my wardrobe?

Absolutely. All you have to do is make sure you have finalized all the details with us. Select the fabric you wish to have it made from and we will have it duplicated. We’ll also be glad to incorporate any changes you might want that is not in your sample and then have them customized to your satisfaction.

Do I need to worry about cloth shrinkage?

Not at all, all our fabrics are treated and pre-shrunk. Although there is always a residual shrinkage of 2 – 3%, we allow for this shrinkage when we custom make your product.

Can I give my own cloth for tailoring?

Yes. We are professional cutters and producers and with our team of selected bespoke tailors, we will be happy to work with your fabrics, as we are happy to work with ours.

What is the Turnaround Time for Bespoke?

For Suits: Once you ordered online and selected our visiting tailoring service, our representative will contact you to accommodate a visit as per your schedules and ours.

Our normal procedure is to do one suit fitting which takes a minimum 5 days to perfect, and then another 7 days for the finishing of the suit.

For all other products 7 to 10 days is required for the finishing of the product.

Standard delivery timescales and charges will be applied once the payment has been processed for the product to be shipped and delivered to you. Get in contact with us for more details.

How do I measure myself so I know which size/fit to buy?

If it is the first time you have bought one of our product please see our sizing charts for full sizing specifications and a measuring guide.

The fit of all clothes will vary slightly, depending on how the garment is cut, which fabric is used, and how the garment is styled.

Please take your actual body measurements instead of measuring yourself over your clothes. This will give more accurate figures.

How do I measure my collar size?

If you already have a formal shirt that fits you comfortably then the best thing to do is to measure this from button to button hole. If you don’t have a formal shirt, then you will need to take a tape measure and measure around the fullest part of your neck taking into account your Adam’s Apple. We then recommend you place two fingers between your neck and measuring tape to give an allowance for comfort when the shirt is fastened (we don’t want you struggling to do the collar up!)

How do I measure my sleeve length?

There is an art to this! Take one of your best fitting shirts and lay it out flat facing away from you. Measure from the point of the shoulder, down the sleeve, to the end of the cuff (with the cuff folded back if it is a double cuffed shirt). This measurement will give you your sleeve length.
